Delivery
Our customers are expected to collect their packages from our respective offices, however we have a provision for those not in a position to do so. We offer door to door delivery services at an additional cost. This services are both for collecting the package from the supplier or delivering the package to your door at the final destination.
Since this services are not default, you need to notify us in advance that you will require your package delivered to your door step. When requesting collection of a package from a supplier, please be ready with information regarding size of the package, this will allow us to understad the appropriate vehicle to use. Also the time that the supplier will be opened or available to issue the package. For delivery to final destination, we will also need to know what time you are available to receive the goods.
Charges – will be determined by distance, weight, volume and city, different cities have varying expenses rate. Contact the respective office for a quotation..
